How it works
From messy draft to client-ready invoice in four steps.
AI Bill Bot reads every line the way a senior partner would, applies your house style and your client's guidelines, and gives the reviewer a fast keyboard-driven approval flow. No model training to set up. No prompts to write.
1. Drop in a draft invoice
Upload a PDF, CSV, Excel, or LEDES 1998B file. AI Bill Bot parses line items, dates, timekeepers, task codes, and hours. Time-tracker exports with fragmented same-day entries are consolidated automatically before review.
2. AI reviews every line against your rubric
Each entry is checked for present-tense voice, banned vague verbs, missing 'regarding' clauses on calls, block-billing, paralegal-level work billed at attorney rates, and hours that don't match the narrative. Trivial fixes (typos, abbreviations, em dashes) are applied silently. Judgment calls are surfaced for the partner.
3. Approve, edit, or reject — keyboard-driven
The reviewer sees a diff for every flagged line. J/K to navigate, A to accept, E to edit, R to reject. Carveouts to a paralegal (or analyst, for consulting) appear inline with the math already reconciled. Most invoices clear in under ten minutes.
4. Export a clean invoice
Re-export as a branded PDF or LEDES 1998B. Firms on Track Law Time get corrections pushed straight back into their time entries so the next invoice starts cleaner.
